  1. Inspect the perimeter of your home
  2. Check to insure doors and windows are secure
  3. Record temperatures outside and inside
  4. Identify maintenance issues
  • Check for plumbing leaks, heating or cooling problems, pests, or storm damage
  • Provide referrals to top contractors
  • Provide contractor key service, if needed


Weather-related emergency inspections

  1. Check on your home in the case of extreme cold, local flooding, or high winds
  2. Inspect perimeter for signs of damage
  3. Inspect interior for problems
  4. Monitor conditions during a power outage
     

Security Services

  1. Respond to calls from your alarm company
  2. Make a site visit to check conditions
  3. Turn alarms on/off as needed
     

Minor Repair and Maintenance Services

  1. We will coordinate and monitor repair services or ongoing  maintenance
  2. Contact superior contractors
  3. Obtain estimates for work to be done
  4. Track status and quality of work performed
