- Provide contractor key service, if needed
Weather-related emergency inspections
- Check on your home in the case of extreme cold, local flooding, or high winds
- Inspect perimeter for signs of damage
- Inspect interior for problems
- Monitor conditions during a power outage
Security Services
- Respond to calls from your alarm company
- Make a site visit to check conditions
- Turn alarms on/off as needed
Minor Repair and Maintenance Services
- We will coordinate and monitor repair services or ongoing maintenance
- Contact superior contractors
- Obtain estimates for work to be done
- Track status and quality of work performed
