  2. Make a site visit to check conditions
  3. Turn alarms on/off as needed

  1. We will coordinate and monitor repair services or ongoing  maintenance
  2. Contact superior contractors
  3. Obtain estimates for work to be done
  4. Track status and quality of work performed
