Located at the elbow of Cape Cod, seven villages make up the Town of Harwich. These are the North, South, East and West Harwiches, Harwich Center, Harwich Port and Pleasant Lake. Nantucket Sound beaches abound in this town as well as fresh water venues in the form of ponds and lakes. Glorious Wychmere Harbor, one of the most scenic harbors youll ever experience, offers boating, fishing expeditions and sailing. Harwich is home to the wonderful, Harwich Junior Theatre, featuring Broadway worthy performances by local and summer youth. The Harwich Cranberry Festival is held late in the summer and is a popular attraction for residents and visitors alike.
