Dennis Village, located on the north or Route 6A side of the Town of Dennis, is the ultimate expression of Cape Cod village life. With its quaint shops, top notch restaurants, a charming library, an ice cream shop and a gazebo on the village green, it is a favorite among vacationers and residents alike.

Dennis Village comes alive during the summer months, with special events every week. The nations oldest summer theater, the Cape Playhouse, shares a campus with The Cape Cod Museum of Art, which New Yorker Magazine has called one of our countrys jewels! Dennis Village offers varied summer activities, with arts and craft shows, concerts on the village green and Dennis Festival Days, held in August. The homestead of Reverend Josiah Dennis, after whom the town is named, is located within the Village on Nobscussett Road and is open to the public for tours during the summer months.
